In a co-operated project between the AKQA office in India and Amsterdam, our team was faced with the chance to create a mobile first responsive e-com experience, for the loyalty program: Nectar.
In only 12 weeks we created the online Nectar experience with its core in strong and intuitive search tools, enabling new and better ways for users to gather and redeem points. All wrapped together through Nectars and India's unique relationship with colors.
The app always keeps you one step ahead, by anticipating the user’s individual needs. Our goal was to design an app that will make every KLM customer feel special and create the feeling that the app was designed specifically for them.
